Me and my partner stayed at this hotel for three nights for our first time in Glasgow, and from start to finish, it was a great experience. One of the first things we appreciated was the ability to leave our bags in our own locked storage before our room was ready—a really convenient feature that made exploring the city hassle-free. The hotel's modern art and décor gave it a unique, stylish vibe that made the whole place feel cool and energetic, no matter your age. It wasn’t just decoration—it added to the atmosphere and made every space feel fun and inviting. There were plenty of areas to relax and socialise, with a great variety of seating options. We especially loved the entertainment choices—there was a pool table, a mini arcade machine, and other games, which made the communal spaces feel lively and fun. A lovely touch was the complimentary welcome cocktail, setting the tone for a warm and inviting stay. Another small but innovative detail was the option to rent umbrellas for just £2 a day—such a handy perk given Glasgow's unpredictable weather! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with a city map and taking the time to highlight both the must-see attractions and some hidden gems. Now, onto the room itself—perfectly sized for two people, with a super comfortable bed and pillows that felt like sleeping on a cloud. The blackout curtains were fantastic for a great night's sleep. We also loved the tech-friendly setup, especially the ability to cast Netflix or Spotify to the TV. The shower had amazing pressure, making it hard to step out of. The in-room coffee station was a great added touch, perfect for starting the day. One of the best touches was the option for early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost. Overall, this hotel delivered on every front—stylish, comfortable, and packed with little details that made our stay extra special. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the Glasgow themed decor, laid back feel and friendly staff. The choice of seating areas around the bar and pool table was excellent. The attention to detail in the bar area and fun decor kept us entertained as we were constantly spotting new pictures or items. Even a row of umbrellas at the door for guests to use was a perfect touch for a Glasgow visit! Our room had everything we needed and was clean & comfortable. The stay was quiet and restful. Breakfast was leisurely with great coffee and a good selection of food and drink. The free lockers allowed us to leave luggage after check-out so we could hit the shops. The location was good with just a 10min walk to the heart of the shopping area via George Square. It was only a 7min walk into the bars and restaurants in the Merchant City area.

The hotel is right beside the train station, although you could not hear these. It is within walking distance to the main shopping areas and local bars and restaurants. The welcome at reception was great. No fuss to get checked in. The room was light and airy. Really spacious. I particularly liked that there was no mirror facing the bed. The bed was really comfortable, room at a decent temperature and the toilet was bigger than expected. When we came back in the evening staff let us get on and do our own thing. Checking out was easy. Staff there to take our key. We were able to leave our heavy bags there while we went shopping. Fantastic.

The hotel is welcoming with bright and modern interior. The welcome cocktail on arrival was a lovely gesture and the staff who checked us in were friendly and knowledgable. Our room was clean and the bed and pillows really comfortable so we had a great night sleep. We also loved the dim light under the bed that automatically came on through night when going to the bathroom. Location was okay for us as we were attending a concert at St Luke’s and this was the closest hotel to the venue. The breakfast was cooked fresh and plenty of choice. We thought it was as excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Lovely hotel with a comfortable room and nice bathroom. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Good location; a 10 minute walk from Queen Street Station and Buchanan Street subway station. There is a multi story car park a 5 minute walk away which charged us £6 per 24 hours (Duke Street Car Park). There was also an area near the hotel entrance where we were able to stop in the car to unload our bags.
